Our Review

In the best possible location for Buckingham Palace and the Horseguard’s Parade, the Crowne Plaza St James not only offers the comfort and efficiency you would expect from a 4-star hotel, but also some unique features, such as a lovely courtyard garden and the longest bar in London. The only drawback seems to be that the décor in some of the older rooms looks a little tired.

We were impressed at how quiet and comfortable the hotel was ... No way of turning off or on the lights from the bed ... A disappointing room!... tired and in need of refurbishment... Room was satisfactory although it was on the top floor...
